Diabetes

Diabetes is becoming more common throughout the world. This is mostly due to the increasing obesity problems within society. This is leading to higher incidences of type 2 diabetes.

Diabetes is a hormone disorder that can cause problems within the body, in particular with blood flow, the kidneys and circulation problems with the legs and feet. If this is not treated then these problems can lead to kidney failure, amputation of limbs because of gangrene, blindness or strokes.

Diabetes is increasing for various reasons which include longer lifespans, weight problems and inactive lifestyles.
